We were having to deal with a trust sale and didn’t have any referrals or know of any realtors in the Hacienda Heights area, so we did some research on Yelp. We came across a few with pretty high reviews so set our sights on interviewing about 5 Realtors.

Jennifer Lee really stood out for our needs. She met us at the house and walked through and let us know her professional thoughts on what we might do if we chose her, as did the others. Once we chose Jennifer (it also helped that she was representing another house just down the street) she was really easy to work with and down to earth. No hard pitching like some of the other Realtors we met. With all of the things that we were told we had to do to prep for the sale of the home, and the time crunch we were in, Jennifer gave us were opinion on what where we stood and what we needed to do to get the home sold. We saved a ton of money by not doing what other agents said needed to be done and also, she accurately priced our home, where others comparatively, had majorly underpriced the home. We live out of the area so she really helped with a lot of needs since we were not in the area.
