After 40 years as a Landlord in Rowland Heights, we decided it was time to ‘Really Retire”. When we started our search for a Real Estate Agent, Jennifer Lee jumped right out of my computer. Oh my, what a “Find”. Jennifer responded to my initial text in record time, & things just got better from there. I met with her at the property the day she was there with her photographer to take the usual pictures. However, her photographer was a cut above. He not only had his camera, but he also had his quadcopter for aerial pictures of the property. The results posted on Zillow were amazing. Once Zillow went live, we received our first offer in a matter of days. Jennifer kept us posted almost daily as the process unfolded. We have been dealing in real estate since 1970.
