We met Jennifer in one of her Open House in Hacienda Heights. We noted that the first house she sold on the same street was sold for more than $1M and the house she was showing on that day was for sale at the same price range. Since both houses were in the same price range as our home, that got us interested and we interviewed her. She was sincere, straightforward and upfront about the house on what needs to be worked on in the house for the new owner. She suggested that our house needs to showcase the desired features and not attempt to obscure flaws. We were very impressed with her candor. She also promptly followed up in answering our questions via calls and email.
Fast forward a month later, we decided to sell our house through Jennifer. She was prompt in responding back to us and walked us through the details and steps. She inspected our house and advised us that with the near move-in ready condition not to stage the house and to present it as- is since some of the minor improvements we wanted to perform most of the buyers will want to customize to suite their individual tastes. That was a great relief for us in time and additional costs prior to listing the house. She was very prompt with the timeline. Her photographer’s aerial and ground level photographs were impressive and exquisitely presented the desirable features and amenities of our home online and in handout brochures.
She was sincere and prompt with our requests, represented us well and helped us negotiate through some rough spots with the buyer and their agent. She kept us informed on what our rights are as seller.
Thanks to Jennifer’s hard work and continuous effort, our home was sold in 2 weeks and at a price point that we are very satisfied with.
