Jennifer was referred to me by a friend and this was my first time purchasing a home. She made the process seamless and not troublesome at all on my end. Very easy and flexible to work with. I have seen the process of buying a home and made me think it was very long and tiring. Not with her! She knew exactly what I wanted in a home and helped get that squared away. Loved Jennifer so much, she is always on top of everything, as a buyer agent, she explains every single details if you need, she will try her best to get what you need. Even after the close，she still will follow up everything that you need and make sure that’s no problem at all. Very honest , and very professional. I loved her so much.

She was available to clarify all questions and was constantly on top of every single detail throughout the entire buying process! Jennifer and Christina Lee are very good real estate agents. They are professional but at the same time provide their service with a personal touch making you feel that they are your friends. We had a problem with the property we were buying on the side of the sellers, however, Jennifer/Christina navigated through masterfully with their sight on providing us the utmost service and ultimately delivering us our dream home. In the future, when we need service of a realtor, we would definitely go back to them.

What a great team to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers and didn’t know where to start or the first thing about buying a home. We called Jennifer Lee’s number and mostly worked with her sister Christina Lee. After we found a home, Jennifer Lee helped us with the rest of the process and was very knowledgeable. Christina Lee really went out of her way to help us every step of the way from beginning to end. Everyone has always told us how stressful home buying is and we were honestly expecting the worse. With Christina’s help the process went super smoothly and with just a few stressful days we were pretty much set for the rest of the home buying process. Before we knew it, we became home owners already with a house that we love more and more every time we visited it. If you are a first time home buyer or any buyer in general I would highly recommend Jennifer Lee and her team. They are very honest, trustworthy and reliable.

Christina was our real estate agent for our home purchase. She was very patient with us during our home buying process. It’s our first home and we have really busy work schedules, so we were worried about being overwhelmed. That wasn’t the case because Christina really did a lot for us in the background to streamline the process. She was extremely responsive and helped us communicate with the seller’s agent and escrow so that everyone was on the same page. She welcomed all our questions and offered so much advice we didn’t even think of ourselves. She even gave us recommendations for termite and repair people which was a great starting point for us to upgrade our new home. We met Jennifer a few times too and she was very nice and helpful as well.
