From listing to close of escrow for us (seller’s side) – less than 30 days. We highly recommend Jennifer as a realtor. She is terrific for five reasons. One, she got us an offer at the desired price. Two, that offer was within a month of listing. Three, she had the house staged to look like a model home. Four, she is a great communicator. She kept informed, educated us on the real estate process. Lastly, she was super helpful in coordination everything related to the house. Since we had already move to another state by the time the house was listed. Jennifer made the selling experience a dream. Even her escrow contact was professional and experienced as Jennifer. We highly recommend her to our friends and family

We did our research before selecting Jennifer to sell our home. We wanted someone who understood the community and utilized modern, on-line, marketing, especially during the COVID crisis where people wouldn’t be able to do in-person visits. She developed a professional marketing campaign, with professional pictures and a virtual walk through which generated tons of traffic to our listing. When it came time to negotiate she represented us well and helped us get a fair price. We’ve been involved in many real estate transactions over the years and think Jennifer is the best agent we’ve ever had assisting us. Would highly recommend her.
