Oh my!!! Ms. Lee is beyond amazing. In 2023 we place our Rowland Heights 4-Plex in her competent hands. FOUR DAYS LATTER the property was sold, and we were on our way to receiving 1.4 Million. 🙂 This week we decided to sell our El Monte 4-Plex. Again we called on JENNIFER LEE. We placed the property on the market this past Monday, and today, TWO DAYS LATER Jennifer produced our Buyer. She is Professional, Efficient, and a Delight to work with. If you are looking for a top-notch Real Estate Agent, I don’t think you can beat Jennifer Lee.

When my dad passed away earlier this year, we were left with selling my dad’s house. We were unsure how to handle this, but knew we needed an agent to help us. We interviewed several agents and selected Jennifer. We pick Jennifer for several reasons. (1) Jennifer never tried to push us to sell at a lower price just to get a quick commission, (2) it was clear Jennifer knew the Hacienda area very well, (3) Jennifer knew how to market the house to the buyers in the area and (4) Jennifer has a very positive upbeat attitude. Jennifer walked us through all the paperwork and was especially helpful on what changes were worth making to the house to sell and what we could skip doing. She also, was helpful in emptying the house for the new buyer. Overall, we were very happy with Jennifer and would highly recommend her.

We had a very good experience recently using Jennifer as our listing agent. We were selling a rental property that we had renovated and she was great at marketing the property. She had it posted on several different websites showing pictures of the home both vacant and digitally staged with various options. We received multiple offers the first week and she was able to get us a couple solid offers several thousand over listing price. She communicated well with us through the entire process and I would highly recommend her. We live out of town and found her on Yelp and she deserves a 5 star rating

I met with Jennifer including several other realtors. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and came prepared with marketing ideas and a game plan. The amount of people that came to my open house was amazing and showed her marketing plan worked. There were several offers the first day after the open house, and more came in everyday after. My house quickly sold. Jennifer was always in contact with me, and was always reachable. I highly recommend Jennifer.
