Jennifer has been my realtor since we sold our first house in 2012. And has helped us sell and rent out our other homes. I’ve met many other realtors, but I was very impressed with how professional her and her team are. Even her sister, Christine is a charm to work with. The transactions were smooth and easy as most paperwork were done online. Jennifer is quick when responding to questions and can be reached very easily when needed. She’s friendly, honest, professional, patient and super organized. And if you need recommendations for house work, she has a good team of referrals. Her work ethics is amazing. I’ve gotten to know her throughout the years and she will always be my go to realtor for my transactions.

Loved Jennifer so much, she is always on top of everything, as a buyer agent, she explains every single details if you need, she will try her best to get what you need. From listing to close of escrow for us (seller’s side) took less than 30 days. She has assembled a professional team, and has an excellent local network and reputation, so negotiation with the buyer’s side (+ buyer’s realtor) was more than fair and favorable. This past weekend I was a vendor at Jennifer’s Client Appreciation event and there is no doubt why she is doing well as a realtor. She is professional, charismatic, great communicator and has a deep appreciation for attention to detail while ensuring time lines are met. She has all of the qualities that I would look for when seeking a realtor.

While at the event I got an opportunity to meet her team, everyone on her team is on the same level. It is no wonder she does well and I will not be surprised to hear about continued success! If you need to sell your property, buy a property, or lease out a property, I recommend Jennifer to be your agent. From the second I asked her to help me, she has been on top of everything and is quick with gathering information and executing the deal. I’m definitely going to use her for any future deals; she helped me get some nice tenants quickly after I reached out to her during Christmas week.
