Jennifer and her team were everything we were hoping for and more. When we started out looking for a broker, I reached out to several brokers in the area and Jennifer was the most responsive, knowledgeble, thorough, and pleasant broker we interviewed. After engaging Jennifer and her team, she continued to be just as responsive, knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant from start to finish. We are so pleased with her and our results. Jennifer and her team are amazing. They responded promptly to my inquiry ( she was in Taiwan ! ) and away we went. She came prepared with beautiful marketing information and professional knowledge of the selling market for my parents house. She listed the house for more than we expected to and she was right on.. The open house had a huge amount of visits and we had offers immediately. She was always available for questions and help. She is not only knowledgeable about her business but a nice person. I have nothing but positive things to say about Jennifer Lee and her team. She had a plan and marketing strategy to sell my Mom’s home quickly and she did not disappoint. She assisted us in getting the property ready to market, gave us good advice, and stayed on top of everything. She is down to earth, puts you at ease, and is a great communicator. We had a couple of small glitches that she was able to resolve quickly and easily. She was very professional, followed through and handled everything very efficiently. I would recommend her and her team to anyone in the area that she serves.

Oh my!!! Ms. Lee is beyond amazing. In 2023 we place our Rowland Heights 4-Plex in her competent hands. FOUR DAYS LATTER the property was sold, and we were on our way to receiving 1.4 Million. 🙂 This week we decided to sell our El Monte 4-Plex. Again we called on JENNIFER LEE. We placed the property on the market this past Monday, and today, TWO DAYS LATER Jennifer produced our Buyer. She is Professional, Efficient, and a Delight to work with. If you are looking for a top-notch Real Estate Agent, I don’t think you can beat Jennifer Lee.

When my dad passed away earlier this year, we were left with selling my dad’s house. We were unsure how to handle this, but knew we needed an agent to help us. We interviewed several agents and selected Jennifer. We pick Jennifer for several reasons. (1) Jennifer never tried to push us to sell at a lower price just to get a quick commission, (2) it was clear Jennifer knew the Hacienda area very well, (3) Jennifer knew how to market the house to the buyers in the area and (4) Jennifer has a very positive upbeat attitude. Jennifer walked us through all the paperwork and was especially helpful on what changes were worth making to the house to sell and what we could skip doing. She also, was helpful in emptying the house for the new buyer. Overall, we were very happy with Jennifer and would highly recommend her.
