Jennifer made a hard situation so much more bearable by being professional, kind, and patient. We had to sell our house under very difficult conditions, and I’m so grateful we hired her, because she made it feel possible to cope with the situation. She did a great job communicating with the various challenging personalities involved, was quick to respond to questions and concerns, did a fantastic job with the pictures, and was clear and helpful throughout. Jennifer was very helpful and resourceful from the beginning. She listened very carefully to my concerns and gave some great advice. She was not pressuring to sign anything but still provided great insight on home values when I asked her. Really appreciated her service!

I worked with Jennifer on selling a property under conservatorship–a process that comes with unique probate court requirements. From the start, Jennifer handled everything with confidence and care. Throughout the 6-7 month court-driven timeline, Jennifer kept me informed and made communication easy. After seeing my house once, she immediately received suggestions on how to organize and how to sell the house faster and at a higher price. The most important thing is that I can be flexible, the situation can be solved immediately, not messy, so I sold the house at a good price, and soon completed the transaction money has been sent to my account, the next time she will help me sell the house again

Jennifer and her team are amazing. They responded promptly to my inquiry ( she was in Taiwan ! ) and away we went. She came prepared with beautiful marketing information and professional knowledge of the selling market for my parents house. She listed the house for more than we expected to and she was right on.. The open house had a huge amount of visits and we had offers immediately. She was always available for questions and help. She is not only knowledgeable about her business but a nice person.
